I often surprise myself when a create a recipe, to find it was gluten-free without even trying! Oh and I like the reader description call outs. Most of the gluten-free recipes on my blog are gluten-free on accident and I love them just as much! I want all of these dishes for dinner tonight my gluttony knows no bounds , but in particular those roasted brussels with tofu — duuude. I love the gluten free recipes.

Having special dietary needs can making enjoying delicious meals difficult if you do not know how to prepare them correctly. I would like to add that some restaurants have made huge strides when it comes to offering a varied menu that accommodates many needs such as gluten-free and vegetarian.

Please be careful with quinoa if you are truly gluten sensitive or celiac, as the proteins in quinoa are similar enough to gluten to cause damage the lectins , and there is so much cross contamination there as they are often times processed in the same facilities as grains.
